1. Account Registration & Eligibility

Each individual may only create one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure. 2. Deposits & Withdrawals

Your account must be fully verified before making a withdrawal, and withdrawals can only be processed to a registered payment method in your own name. Using deposited funds for fraudulent activities or money laundering is strictly prohibited, and if such activity is detected, the account will be immediately closed and the relevant authorities will be notified.

If an event is postponed or cancelled, the settlement of related bets will be handled in accordance with prevailing industry standards. betongame reserves the right to void bets placed by exploiting technical errors or abnormal odds. For live betting, if the internet connection is interrupted, bets may remain unsettled and will be resolved based on the last confirmed state recorded by the system. In the event of any dispute, betongame's server logs shall be considered the final evidence.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited: placing bets using automated software or bots, attempting to hack accounts, creating multiple accounts with false information, or abusing bonuses. Any attempt to engage in fraudulent behavior with other users or to collude to influence betting outcomes will result in account termination. Cyber attacks, DDoS attacks, or any form of technical intrusion against the platform may result in legal action. If prohibited activity is detected, the full balance of the account may be forfeited.
